Calling all cocktail enthusiasts and connoisseurs to cast their vote and be a part of this special event.
Together with an esteemed panel of mystery judges, customers across WA will vote to determine the top four cocktails to be showcased at WA’s Best Cocktail mix off, Tuesday, June 25, at Crown Perth.
Criteria to consider
- Taste – Taste, appeal, balance of flavour and aroma, harmony between the ingredients, mouthfeel, and finish.
- Aesthetic – How the cocktail presents visually.
- Authenticity/Creativity – Considering the ingredients, garnish, ice or glassware.
- Narrative – The story behind the cocktail or a connection to the venue or to the state.
- Promotion/Price – How the cocktail was promoted and price point.
